Freedom Protest 2022

In early 2022, I had the opportunity to photograph an event of historical significance. No matter where you landed on the issue being contested, it had an national impact.

I personally attended on several days, particularly early on. This meant seeing the best of what went on, and thankfully missing out on the infamous final day. Therefore, my photos showcase the overwhelmingly positive perspective that those participating enjoyed. While the final hours will leave the biggest mark, most of what preceded was wholesome and revealed a bit of that kiwi nature.
